M.E. Solutions, the design consulting side of ICPD Seminars, offers you a convenient place to have your products designed.  Your product idea or concept will be designed for functionality and producibility using the latest design guide procedures taught in our design seminars.  Designs employing plastic, sheet metal, extrusions or castings are modeled in SolidWorks CAD software and documented for production.  The design starts with style concept sketches followed by CAD models that are continuously reviewed by you as they develop.

We excel at development of electro-mechanical designs and communicate easily with electrical engineers and scientists.  See a few of our product projects.

The design includes material selection for both plastic and metal product parts and specifying the appropriate plating, coating, or surface finish for the application.

Finally, we will incorporate product fan sizing, radiated EMI shielding design, and thermal management methods as required by the products environment.

The prototype is often a joint effort where we provide the mechanical components expedited from small local shops and off shore sources.
